Description: As an hourly Floor Manager Trainee, you will spend 4 to 6 months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant after approximately 8 - 14 months in this program.

Description: As a Salaried Manager Trainee, you will spend 8-12 months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Second Assistant, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Many trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months in this program.
