We have opportunities in all our locations: Brookville OH, Eaton OH, Richmond IN, and Cambridge City IN. Job Responsibilities You will run a multi-million dollar business which requires supervision of staff to ensure top-quality customer care in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities are to: ? Motivate staff to provide great customer service and food in a clean restaurant ? Effectively implement restaurant systems (i.e. training, scheduling, ordering) ? Manage shifts without supervision ? Support the General Manager in achieving profit and loss goals Your opportunities for advancement are limited to your dreams, skills and motivation. Our Assistant Managers/Hourly Managers attend premier McDonald?s training classes, to gain skills for further advancement and even college credit. Job Qualifications ? Prior restaurant management experience (McDonald?s experience rewarded) ? Excellent work history and references ? Strong leadership skills ? Self-motivation to achieve goals ? Excellent interpersonal skills Without prior restaurant management experience, you could be considered for our Hourly Shift Manager position, depending on level of past work responsibilities.
