HOURLY MANAGER
Hours: 25 - 40 hours per week
Pay: $7.50 - $12.00
Description: As an hourly Floor Manager Trainee, you will spend 4 to 6 months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of Salaried Second Assistant after approximately 8 - 14 months in this program.

Description: Salaried Managers execute every component of a manufacturing and retail business. They coordinate, the training, marketing, community relations, accounting, human resources, purchasing, inventory control, maintenance and administrative departments within their restaurant.
