We are very pleased to offer a health insurance plan for crew members and managers. This plan is designed to provide assistance with basic everyday medical expenses. The premiums are very affordable and the deductibles minimal. Premiums are payroll deducted which means no checks to write, envelopes to mail, and no hassle. Employees are guaranteed acceptance and no medical underwriting is required.
- Stock Purchase Plan
McDonald's direct stock purchase plan provides a convenient, cost-effective way for employees to begin and build McDonald's share ownership and reinvest dividends. All contributions are made through payroll deductions.
- Direct Deposit
We offer direct deposit to simplify the payroll process. This is great because employees do not have to get to the bank by a certain time and wait in line once they are there.
- Employee Meals
Crew and Managers are able to treat themselves to all of our great tasting food and receive discounts on meals purchased while at work.
- Flexible Scheduling
Whether you are in school and have extracurricular activities, or you want to work around your children's schedules, or whatever your situation may be, McDonald's is willing to work with your schedule.
- Uniforms
We take great pride in how our people look and how they present themselves. We provide McDonald's uniform shirts at no cost to the employees. For safety reasons, we do ask employees to purchase non-skid shoes. We offer a Shoes for Crews program so employees can purchase shoes through a payroll deduction.
- Credit Union
Employees are eligible to become members of First Trust Credit Union located in Michigan City and LaPorte.
- Performance and Wage Reviews
You'll receive a formal review 2 times per year. During this time, you'll be eligible for wage increases as well.
- Paid Training
We'll teach you everything you need to know and you'll get paid for it too!
