• Health Care Benefits

  The McDonald's Insurance Program provides a menu of affordable health care choices that includes medical/prescription, dental, and vision coverage. If you participate in the medical plan, McDonald's contributes $10 per month toward the cost, up to a maximum of $120 per year.

• Protection Benefits

  The McDonald's Insurance Program offers several types of life insurance coverage for you and your family. You may also enroll in a Short-Term Disability plan which replaces a portion of your pay if you are unable to work (such as when you are out for maternity leave).

• Meals

  You are entitled to one free meal for each shift that you work.

• Uniform Provided

  You will receive two complete uniforms. If you work more than 30 hours per week, you will receive a minimum of three shirts and three pants. You will also receive a free pair of work shoes every 6 months.

• McResource Line

  The McResource Line provides you with free access to trained professionals that can help you with work-life issues including childcare, elder care, financial planning, assistance with housing, transportation, and many other topics. These professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• McGold Card

  Your Gold Card provides you with special discounts at more than 60 nationally recognized retailers and service providers. These discounts are only provided to McDonald's employees. Your card also allows you to receive a meal discount at your McDonald's location when you are not working.

• Recognition & Team Activities

  Throughout the year, your restaurant sponsors various activities for employees including outings, pizza parties, celebrations, awards and prizes.
