McDonald’s® Restaurants of Central Indiana are proud to present the 2009 Black History Makers of Today and Tomorrow program.
Below please find a nomination form for the 2009 Black History Makers of Tomorrow. Our Black History Makers of Tomorrow program recognizes up and coming professionals, ages 21-35, in the fields of education, public health, entrepreneurship and communication.
For nominees to be considered for this program, the form attached must be completed and returned to Bandy Carroll Hellige, 111 Monument Circle, Suite 882, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Only those applications postmarked by December 31, 2008 will be accepted for review.
